Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email to ensure faster processing.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
